​Our Cancellation and Refund Policy:



We kindly ask for clients to give us a minimum of 24 hours noticed. Cancellations with less than 24 hr's notice are charged the full fee of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after 5pm for the following day are not heard until the following morning around 10am

~ When an appointment is cancelled with an appropriate notice, and a refund is requested all is refunded except for the card processing fee. The card processing service takes 7-10 business days to process the funds back into the clients' account.

~ Gift certificates are non-refundable and do not expired.

~ Unused packages or portions of packages, purchased more than 3 months ago, are not eligible for refunds. 

Purchase gift certificates online with easy.  They can be printed or sent via email.
